This was an unexpected delight. An excellent room. Spotless and very spacious with a wonderful tea and biscuits collection in room. The breakfast was outstanding and very generous. I can recommend enough- The very warm welcome from the owner really made it a memorable experience.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by Pat even to the extent of a lift to the races before we had even checked in !, the room was spacious and comfortable with amenities too match, the breakfast was one on the best we have had whilst travelling it was plentiful and delicious, I would recommend to anyone who wished to stay there.

What a fantastic find! Simply the best B&B we’ve ever stayed at - lovely room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and superb quality bedding. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower and huge free-standing bath. The house is in a fantastic location within easy walking distance of some excellent restaurants. Pat was a delight! She made sure we were comfortable and fed us the most delicious breakfasts - a far better standard than you will find in any hotel. Great choice and fabulous quality of food. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful place to stay ! Pat was absolutely charming, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the ground floor room which was immaculately clean, the bed was extremely comfy and bedding beautiful. The bathroom had a shower and a huge free standing bath - lovely heated towel rail - the decor was impeccable. Fresh Towels, and all toiletries were available. The room had tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge with bottled water and milk and extras, like biscuits and even chocolate. Breakfast was a feast ! Wonderfully cooked, and more than enough food for us both. We would 100% recommend this B&B - I would say it is the best we have been to by far and we will definitely be returning.

As Cabin crew, I’m privileged to stay in a lot of hotels around the world, so I know I good thing when I see it. College view was everything I hoped it would be & more. From the contact Pat initially made about our arrival time to when we left, our visit to Pats beautiful B and B was exceptional. The welcome was wonderful, with Pat showing us to our stunning room, that had everything you would need from dressing gowns and slippers, to bottled water & fresh milk, toothbrushes to specialty teas. The bed was huge and exceptionally comfortable with high end bedding. We had a freestanding bath and shower in a stunningly decorated and well equipped ensuite bathroom. We were offered a welcome drink of Prosecco, some cake and a lovely welcome chat with our host. After a fab nights restful sleep we had a breakfast fit for a king and Queen… one full English, one avocado, smoked salmon and eggs.. both delicious and of a high standard - cooked and presented at a traditionally laid breakfast table. Additional tea and toast as requested. When you make bookings for places you’ve never been - it can always be a little bit of a gamble as the photos and reviews don’t always live up to expectations - however College View ticked every box - It is outstanding.. it’s a magical wee bespoke property in a fab location, that has two wonderful rooms, that are so clean, perfectly equipped (and some) an awesome host with a big heart who has honed her skills as a B and B host to ensure your stay is a perfect one for whatever reason you are there. We will 100% be booking again - not just to stay at College View but to see Pat again - who made our stay so memorable. Thank you Pat for being such an exceptional host and sharing your stunning B and B with us ??

Fabulous food and a large bedroom with ensuite wet room and bath. Pat made us feel very welcome (greeting us with a drink was lovely) and we will return. Great base for getting around and parking onsite was very convenient.

Exquisite stay in the heart of Cheltenham! Host very friendly and welcoming. House is immaculate and full of everything you could need. Nothing is too much trouble for the host. Room is huge and bathroom is stunning. Breakfast was simply the best with a huge range to choose from.

Per vedere le Cotswolds la migliore base di partenza è Cheltenham e a Cheltenham un indirizzo sicuro e affidabile é College View. Pulizia ineccepibile, camere grandi e accessoriate proprio di tutto e soprattutto c’é Pat che con discrezione e una gentilezza senza eguali ci ha coccolati con le sue impareggiabili colazioni e alcuni preziosi consigli. La struttura é in un elegante edificio a due passi (una piacevole passeggiata di non più di 10 minuti) dal centro ma sembra di stare in piena campagna (una sera abbiamo visto una piccola e timida volpe nel bel parco di fronte). L’ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per visitare i meravigliosi paesini delle Cotswolds.
