The hotel is located near Frankfurt(M) Hauptbahnhof, on a busy street with many international shops.
The facilities were adequate, but the ventilation was not so good and the heat easily builds up. There is no air conditioning, so please be careful when booking during the hottest days

Location is good. Near the central station. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets.

A bit noisy because its in front of the main street in Frankfurt Bhf, but at the same time, superb access from the station. I was so satisfied.

Location is good but the hotel room was too small with no elevator working. Staffs are not flexible with the checkout time eventhough their elevator was not working as intended.
Poor management.

I arrived on Sunday evening and finished checking in. Then staff just said that the elevator is not in an operation and I couldn't use it, and I had to carry my suitcases up to 2nd floor by the stairs or leave it at the storage room and laughed. When I try to ask for another option or if he could help to carry it because I didn't prefer to find the hotel in the city center without elevator and he replied that it's not a 5 star hotel then don't exected for more convenience!!! And today is Sunday, nobody works even the elevator company! So, I got another hotel booking in a minute and left the hotel immediately!!! Lucky me that at least I didn't get stuck in the elevator and need to wait for the operation on Monday morning!!!!!

We booked this room via Trip.com since I got an exclusive discounts and, my friend and I do not want to share a bed so we were searching for standard twin rooms and this hotel mentioned about it. So we paid for that room in advance and when we arrive at the hotel, our expectation and reality hit different. We checked in as usual and the receptionist told us we haven’t paid. It was not financial service mistake, he seemed to be reckless and high with if you know you know thing, and looked so dirty. I thought I booked a wrong hotel and had to double-checked the hotel name. After solving that, he gave us the room key and we went there. And guess what? He gave us the room that the other guests have been using and it was a queen bed! I am really concerned about the security that the hotel put on every room. The receptionist made a mistake in granting access to others’ room and what if it happened to mine as well? We go back to receptionist and changed the room. Also, there is no air conditioning and the room is so small that I couldn’t even breathe. There is no toothbrushes and shower is broken. It was the most terrible experience I got with this hotel. Doesn’t recommend to anyone.
