The staff are welcoming and helpful. We had to stand in the puddles in the shower with the drainage problem. The staff fixed it after two days. We enjoyed having breakfast at the restaurant seeing so many animals (iguanas, birds, and howler monkeys).

Inside of Conchal hotel made you feel like you were not next to a busy street with its beautiful plants and trees cascaded all over. All the staff were extremely pleasant and nice. We were particularly pleased with the front desk agent Jennifer and our morning server Donald. We forgot the name of our first server but he was very friendly and Welcoming as well. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway in the jungle surrounded by animals and beautiful plants. We will definitely be back!!!

Staff is excellent, property overall is charming however rooms are stark, dingy, basic and not family friendly.

Un maravilloso lugar, hermosas vistas, habitaciones cómodas, todo limpio y con un staff excepcional, como por ejemplo jennifer en recepción atenta a resolver cualquiera duda o los chicos de cocina y la barra como Leo, Ariel y Donald. Todos destacándose por su buena voluntad, simpatía y amabilidad. Sumado a esto, los paradisiacos paisajes de Playa Brasilito y Playa Conchal, lo hacen un lugar el cual sabes que debes volver a visitar. 100% recomendable.

Recomendable! Muy recomendable. Ubicación excelente para ir a Playa Conchal, Flamingo y Tamarindo. El personal es muy atento. Las instalaciones son como se describe y las imágenes. El desayuno incluido es de muy buen sazón y presentación.

Sch?ne Unterkunft Sch?ne Unterkunft mit gutem Frühstück und sch?nem Pool mit Liegen. Sauberes Zimmer. Bad k?nnte kleinere Renovierungen vertragen. PKW Stellpl?tze an der Stra?e vorhanden. Strand ist fu?l?ufig zu erreichen, allerdings entlang einer stark befahrenen Stra?e.

Sorprende por dentro en una ubicación mejorable Por fuera, está ubicado a la orilla de la carretera y hay una parte en la que no hay acera para acercarse a playa brasilito ( no muy bonita) y a playa conchal ( merece la pena). Por dentro el alojamiento tiene mucho encanto. El personal es super amable, la habitación es cómoda, el ba?o no está mal y el desayuno es muy completo. Teniendo en cuenta el precio abonado, le daría, en conjunto, un 8 sobre 10

Séjour proche de la Playa Conchal H?tel très agréable et personnel souriant et aux petits soins. Joli cadre grace à la végétation et une piscine très agréable. Petit bémol sur l'état de propreté de la salle de bains qui pourrait être amélioré, le mobilier est vieillissant et la climatisation de la chambre très bruyante. Il faut marcher le long d'une route très fréquentée et sans trottoir pour les piétons pour se rendre sur les plages.

Buen lugar para un paseo rápido Encontramos una habitación amplia, limpia y con todas las comodidades que necesitábamos. Buen trato y atención, la piscina y el jardín son un espacio relajante y bonito. El restaurante con buena comida pero precios elevados.
