When check in the hotel, reception hotel give me free upgrade room that give me a surprise and happy.

Very convenient location nearby kea market, the sheep santuary and boh tea. Food stall just in walking distance

Recommended. Lots of parking. Near to Kea Farm, can go just by walking. Room is big and lot of space. Has view of tea valley. Clean and hygiene. Breakfast included but have to pay rm7 to upgrade to buffet. Breakfast has variety of food like western, local, pastry. Swimming a bit small but water is warm

Room: Spacious but maybe need a bit more lighting.
Bathroom: Clean but the bathtub water stop need to change or repair cuz everytime I stay there in different room, the bathtub water stop broken.
Location: Good, nearby Kea Farm for shopping.

I ve written about the problem of hotels go green policy hassle and this time its worsen with not so friendly & no smile staff at frontdesk @receptions. And my day even getting worst with the staff called me to remind that I need to check-out @12 even though i ve already checked-out, return the key & left the hotel about half an hour before.
