Ok it feels mean to even write a poor review because once I finally made contact with these folks they were really very nice and TRIED to at least seem like they were accommodating with check in check out times, but having no working lights for 5 days feels very partial refund like no lights for real? No one ever came to check on that like they said they would and when I asked for TP, towels and trash bags was given 2 towels for a 5 day stay with 2 people…at the beach, and given one roll of TP no trash bags. There’s also no hot tub on site for info of the ppl and I understand there was a lot of rain but there shouldn’t be a roach issue so bad that they need to spray every week because after finding two massive dead ones in my unit I was scared to leave my suitcase open how gross to be taking one of those suckers home. The tv was also completely blue and I didn’t even bother asking for anything else to be fixed after the initial 5-6 things were heard recognized and told they would be fixed and were never even looked at
Hard for my soul to leave mixed or bad reviews because I feel like these people have a good heart but like that was not worth all of my
Money.. half a grand? I’ve def spent less in motel 6’s in outskirts of Orlando in nicer conditions
Not as advertised.
Ugh I’m torn between warning those who come in the future to not put ur card down as they offer no refunds even if paying on site and trying to give these ppl the fighting chance to make the units nicer

Staff is quite friendly and did what they can, but I was surprised at how old the hotel felt because it says its 4 stars. The room seemed pretty old, pictures look better online. Hotel was empty, not a lot of visited but it’s also off season. Staff is quite helpful though, but the hotel it’s as high quality as in the photos, seems like it needs to maintenance. We also didn’t swim cause we couldn’t smell chlorine in the water so we were afraid of bacteria.

Me alojé en este hotel recientemente y tengo sentimientos encontrados. La habitación era amplia y ofrecía unas vistas al mar espectaculares, lo cual fue un gran punto a favor. Además, disfruté de las dos piscinas, donde el agua estaba en perfectas condiciones. La playa cercana, aunque peque?a, era muy agradable para pasear.
El hotel está bien ubicado, con varios restaurantes a poca distancia para cenar por la noche, lo que es conveniente. Sin embargo, creo que hay áreas que necesitan más atención.
Aunque han remodelado el hotel hace algunos a?os, algunos detalles requieren cuidados adicionales.
En cuanto al desayuno, me gustaría que mejoraran la variedad. La opción occidental sería ideal, ya que no todos disfrutamos del curry por las ma?anas.
Un detalle curioso es que aunque hay muchas hamacas disponibles para los huéspedes y un cartel que prohíbe reservarlas con toallas o libros, parece que muchos se levantan temprano para asegurarse una hamaca. Esto puede ser un poco frustrante si no llegas a tiempo después del desayuno.
En general, mi experiencia fue buena, pero hay aspectos que podrían mejorarse para hacerla excelente."

Остановился в Coral Sands Hotel на 10 ночей в июле 2024.
Отличное расположение, рядом с отелем есть все необходимое: пляж, кафе, сувенирные магазины.
Персонал отзывчивый, решали оперативно любой вопрос, который у меня возникал.
Шведский стол и ресторан отличные! Еда очень вкусная и разнообразная.
Номер комфортный с рабочим кондиционером, вид на море потрясающий.
В целом отдыхом остался доволен и всем рекомендую!
