Dear Diane S. Thank you for your feedback, as it helps us improve / change where needed. Guest’s satisfaction is imperative to us, that is why we maintain all our rooms on a yearly basis. We notice that your experience with us was a year ago so we are confident that the small shortcomings mentioned have been addressed. All our mattresses are fully orthopaedic. With mattresses such as pillows, everybody has their preference, if you had just asked us, we would have gladly complied. Our main Restaurant offers Daily table d`hote menu and A` La Carte. To meet all our guest`s palates the snack menu is also served during dinner time from the bar. One can opt to sit either outside by the pool / garden area or inside the bar lounge where smoking is prohibited.
