Winter. We loved our stay here. On arriving, you ring the bell on the street to be buzzed in. Vast wooden street door, dark entrance hall, broad apartment style staircase with an old fashioned wood-lined lift. If you’ve seen Ripley with Andrew Scott you’ll be doing a lot of videoing here. On the second floor (or 3rd?) is what would have been the apartment entrance door. Open with a code. Inside is a lobby - your set of keys is in a coded box, then there are a series of bedrooms. Our room was huge, tall, with a decorative painted ceiling. Tall windows overlooking the street and a bathroom built into the corner of the room - also large. All clean. Comfy beds. Quiet. Great shower. We had a few questions about bedding, all answered and dealt with quickly on the phone. In theory, the lobby is unstaffed, but we met a very nice young guy a couple of times. I have seen some wild recent reviews here, not sure what people were expecting. It’s an old Roman apartment building, not a new build Hilton.

The guest house was in a very good location. Bang opposite a parking lot. So you could really park there for whatever amounts that you needed to park the right down there. So you start walking, it's the next street, is there is the river you can walk through the bridge. You can walk through the streets or Florence. It's just amazing location, beautiful property. The rooms are big and beautiful paintings on the walls of the ceiling loved it and had a great time.

Really Nice Accommodation!
The room was extremely spacious, and they gave us the room type we requested — a double bed and two single beds, perfect for our family of four. The washroom was very clean, and the room had everything we needed, including a coffee machine and hair dryer. The check-in instructions were super clear, which made the process easy. The location is excellent, very close to the main attractions, just a 10-minute walk away, and there’s a convenient pay-and-park nearby.

Great location Few minutes walk from Duomo and other attractions Lots of restaurants near by Beautiful cafe next door and super market on the other side . Bit tricky to get access to the actual rooms. Bathrooms of some rooms were not very good, commode were dirty and stained . Cooling of air conditioning was poor. We got Breakfast included deal and it wasn’t great value for money due to limited option on the vowcher. We ended up purchasing extra items . I will not stay here in future .

All good but air con too weak. Shd put fan in main room to help circulation. Could clean better but it's not dirty. Nice size, beautiful ceiling. Great great location

Very good room to live in. Just don’t get there too late on the first night.

我觉得蛮棒的 不过就是这个天气小虫子比较多 但是他们都跟着灯光走 所以其实只要把厕所灯打开 卧室灯关掉 你的卧室就会蛮清净的
强烈推荐 地点超好 不会浪费很多时间在交通上 景点都很近

位置在地址的三楼 可以坐小电梯上去
