Good location away from crowds but close to shops bars and restaraunts, beach and promenade (300 metres). Quiet and restful but very friendly. Our room was large with everything provided (TV, Wi-fi,tea and coffee biscuits jelly beans) Large on-suite bathroom with all toiletries provided, great shower. All in all everything you need. Good choice of breakfast items muesli, cereals, frui juice, fruit salad, yoghurt and best of all a full english breakfast freshly cooked as long as you fill in the request form the evening before.

We have just returned from here . The accommodation was excellent, really clean and we had a beautiful room , lovely modern bathroom and everything to hand that we needed. The breakfast was cooked perfectly and the produce was excellent. The owners were really Friendly and helpful. The guest house is in a perfect location just 5 mins flat pavement walk from the front and amenities. We will definitely be coming back and have already recommended to others.

Fabulous place to stay. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast perfect, catering for vegetarians and vegans. Like choosing breakfast the night before. Room very quiet at the back of the hotel. Excellent value and service. Location is perfect. Short walk to the prom and pier. Only downside was kerb appeal. The front needs weeding badly. Spoilt the look of an exceptional place to stay. We will be back.

4 of us , 2 adults , 2 kids stayed here. One of the best b&bs I’ve stayed in anywhere. Fantastic host who explained everything and welcomed us. Parking on site is great. Location is perfect. Rooms are clean and spacious with everything you need. Great wi-fi. Breakfast is lovely as well we all enjoyed it! Absolute gem - great value for money.

Well located b&b, the host is pleasant and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is plentiful with decent bacon, not the fatty stuff, and sausages, none of the cheap deep frozen one others serve

This Guest House is a Gem. We only stayed one night unfortunately as it is a place where would would have liked to have stayed much longer. We were welcomed by Phil who took us to our room which was in the Turret of the Property and the room had a homely feel to it. Very clean, it had all the small things that you may forget to pack. Hand wash, shower gel etc which you don't always get in other guest houses. The breakfast had a good range of yogurts, cereals, fresh fruit, fruit juice and a really nice English Breakfast which sets you up for the day. This is a well run Guest House and one which I do hope to return to again. Thank you once again ??

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean. Great nights sleep and high quality well cooked breakfast. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Very convenient for centre of Llandudno and the added bonus of parking. Cannot fault at all.

Just returned from a two night break at crickleigh house Llandudno our room 17 was amazing comfy bed spotlessly clean the breakfast was lovely good quality bacon and sausage plenty of choice Phil and Edna were very nice couldn't do enough for you we would definitely recommend this hotel near to the centre of Llandudno with parking we will definitely be back again soon

This was the second time staying here and once again it was perfect. 2 nights over a weekend. Great hosts (really friendly), top quality rooms (well presented clean and comfortable), super breakfast (lots of quality choice) and handy location. 1st choice in Llandudno. We will be back.

Fabulous! Wonderful stay in every way - spotless, great breakfast (with fresh fruit) , friendly and helpful owners and very comfortable rooms. We had such a good experience at this bnb and would come back again the next time we’re in the area.
