I spent two nights at the Crowne Plaza Bucharest. It was an excellent experience and I enjoyed the broad range of facilities on offer at the hotel. Special thanks to the front office and F&B teams who carried out an amazing job during a busy period.

We had such an amazing time in Bucharest, and staying at the Crowne Plaza Bucharest, was the best choice. The King Suite was fantastic. It was spacious, and so comfortable. I have give massive thanks to the staff at Crowne Plaza Bucharest. They were simply amazing and made our stay celebrating a Birthday just so fabulous. We took advantage of the spa facilities there too, which included a sauna, lovely pool with a Jacuzzi. To top it off we had both a Hammam massage, and a massage which has to be one of the best we've ever had. The masseuse was excellent throughout - a very relaxing experience for sure! Overall just a fabulous hotel, with superb customer service at every stage of our stay. Thank you to the team at The Crowne Plaza - Bucharest.

It was a great hotel. The staff was amazing and patient. My kids (ages 8, 12 and 14) loved the pool. We stayed their for 24 hours on a stopover. Would love to go back for longer next time. The rooms are huge (we got 2 connecting rooms) It was close to a beautiful park.

A modern business hotel close to the Romexpo and airport and a bit away from the city center. Upon arrival I was upgraded to my status with the network. A welcome fruit plate was soon delivered too. The room was large, well lit and had modern furnishings and even a fitness bike ;-). The hotel has a SPA with a decent indoor swimming pool, two saunas and an outdoor Jacuzzi. A paid parking is also provided. During my stay I had a few minor requests to the housekeeping staff that were tended to in a matter of minutes. Thank you, will be coming again...

The location of this hotel is great for closeness to the airport and the park, but not much else in walking distance. The breakfast in the morning was a standard buffet. A pool, hot tub, and gym are also included. For an American the hot tub was more of a warm tub, but it was outdoors which was nice. The pool was fine. I didn't use the gym. The room was clean and nice. The AC was odd. I had to call the front desk every night to have them turn it on because the thermostat wouldn't let me turn it down myself. Room service was not the best. I ordered riom service and the man who brought it spilled it, dropped my drink, and then just picked it up and said it's fine. He left it on the little table which then got dirty from the spilled food. I left the lunch leftovers outside my door, went about my day and they were still there at almost midnight when I got back. I told the desk about it earlier but then called again to make sure it got picked up. Overall, fine for a business trip but not the greatest if you're a tourist.

I recently stayed for one night at Crowne Plaza Bucharest and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcomed right away. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and excellent shower. The hotel's location was perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions. Although we left early in the morning, the overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend Crowne Plaza Bucharest for anyone looking for a pleasant stay. Es un gran hotel, esta a 15 minutos sin trafico del Aeropuerto Internacional, con Uber unos 10 euros. La zona es muy tranquila y buena. El hotel tiene buen desayuno y buen restaurante donde comer o cenar. Habitaciones amplias, limpias con cama muy cómoda. El ba?o esta bien, buena ducha. Personal amable en recepción, especial mención a Gaby. No tuve la oportunidad de ver el SPA, pero me comentaron que es impresionante. Buen descanso, en muy buen hotel.

A lovely hotel, excellent staff and food, we enjoyed the pool and Spa. Outside the centre of Bucharest but close to Herastrau Park and Lake which is lovely you could easily spend a day wandering round. There is a museum of traditional Romanian houses along with a Hard Rock Cafe and live music at the weekend. Our room overlooked a garden and was very quiet. An easy and inexpensive taxi ride into the centre of the city. We would highly recommend a stay here.

I am staying here on business in July-2024. The hotel exceeds my expectations on cleanliness and amenities. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. I have not used or experienced the gym or spa so I can’t comment on these facilities. I highly recommend the hotel rooms, restaurant and bar. Excellent service good food and pleasant staff. Just what you would expect from a four star hotel.

This is an excellent hotel. Rooms are fine and all have spaceous balconies. It is in a quiet place, but very close to town. The service is great and the staff is well trained and friendly. It is my favorite hotel in Bucharest and I will most certainly return.
