酒店很好很好，还有**在五楼，有五家餐厅，早餐超级好吃

不愧是豪华酒店，服务到位，房间环境如画，交通便利，特别是泳池很有特色！值得去享受一下，同时有机会介绍朋友的。

房间排的最低的在八楼，服务是真的拉胯，没有排队的情况办入住十多分钟，还没有椅子 就在大堂，房间进去垃圾桶摆在洗漱台上，电梯比较稀奇仅此而已

My experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were professional and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the quality of service. 专门定了歌剧院景的房子，最后给了看歌剧院房顶的，通过携程沟通后只同意换房，没有任何其他説法。另外就是每天打扫房间的程度，标准，房间内的用品都不一样，也不知道是培训不够还是酒店让员工可以自由发挥。
总而言之，德不配位，远不值这个价格

Overall, my stay was fine, but the management was very disappointing.
My check-out time was supposed to be 11am, yet the housekeeper started knocking on my door at 8am and even asked me what time I was checking out — shouldn’t staff already know this information?
Later, I left my luggage in my room at 9am to have breakfast in the hotel. When I returned at 10am, my room card no longer worked. The front desk staff told me my card had been dropped into the check-out box, which was confusing since I was traveling alone — who did that?
To make matters worse, when I finally got back into my room, all of my luggage was gone. The housekeeper said it had been sent to the front desk without my consent.
This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional, and I hope management takes steps to improve communication and respect guests’ check-out times

房间面积大风景好，设施比较齐全也比较新，唯一就是办理入住手续需要的时间太长了！本来应该下午三点入住的房间，一直到四点还没有个头绪
