New and clean 2 bedrooms apartments with great location. Suitable for any families or group of 3-4 people to stay in one apartment. But doesn’t look like a 4 star hotel.

The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and family-friendly, the staff were fast, polite and attentive. The location is very convenient, within a few minutes walk to the pier, night market and supermarket, etc. Restaurants are all around, you can also find some massage shops nearby, easy to get to anywhere we need to, a very satisfying stay during our Christmas break.

入住第一天晚上被罩和枕头上就有红油一样的印记 但是由于房间灯光昏暗我没有看清 第二天早上把clean please的牌子挂上 等回到房间以后发现枕头更换了但是变成了彷佛有人踩过一脚的棕色印记 被罩更是过分 从脚底的方向换到头顶的方向 并且是朝上 属于是不瞎的都能看见 但是打扫衞生的就这样把这个脏被罩留在这里
我到前台进行投诉得到的解决方案是立马为我更换并赠送两份早餐 但是没有一个人道歉 一个sorry都没有 来更换的人来的很慢 把被罩贴在他的身上就抱进了房间进行更换 非常不幸的是 更换完的枕套依旧有灰色污渍（但我已经不想再去前台了） 我向经理询问 “难道不是每天更换床品吗” 他非常自然且理所应当的回答“不是” 让我直接不知道做出什么反应好
并且我们去询问前台如何使用早餐的时候还发现经理説赠送的早餐并没有记录 是我们去再次询问才被登记 而且前台还告诉了我们错误的早餐时间（第二天是圣诞节早餐9:30结束 但是她依旧按照10点告诉我们） 我们错过了早餐 好在另一位前台人员补偿了我们咖啡和麪包 但是整体服务呈现出一种摆烂的感觉 尤其是衞生

Great hotel in an amazing location in Cairns. Close to everything. Hotel is brand new.
Only two issues:
- The room had a weird smell over the course of my trip (probably due to the air conditioner)
- The pool is too small compared to the size of the hotel
Other than that, a great stay and can’t recommend enough

Our stay at Crystalbrook Bailey was wonderful. The only thing it could have been better is to have more variety for breakfast.

Estuvimos alojados 4 noches. En general, todo muy bien. La piscina parecía un poco más grande en las fotos. Justo enfrente hay unos árboles donde habitan los murciélagos zorro; es posible verlos al atardecer.

We loved our stay. The location is great. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, markets and the esplanade. The rooms are spacious with nespresso style coffee machines and various teas complimentary in the room. The TV had lots of free on demand movies too. The breakfast was not included in our stay but we dined once and it was great value for what was on offer. I would recommend it and stay again.
