Located close to everything you could want. We stayed for a week and this is by far the best BnB we have ever stayed in. From the amazing breakfasts with fresh baked bread daily, to our huge, private room. When you enter the room you are greeted with a fresh, clean smell. There is a living room with comfortable couch and huge TV, the bedroom has ample storage and our own ensuite. The finishings give everything a luxurious feel. Everything that is, except the price which was very reasonable. We will definitely be back.

Nice place very quiet, clean and Scott was very attentive, the other guests were very welcoming with a couple of them staying more than one night.

It was the most beautiful place and very close to everything! Very clean and very well looked after and the common areas are just beautiful! Very happy will go back!!

This property has everything you need and although we stayed in the smaller room, it was equipped with everything we needed and tastefully decorated. It is a short distance to restaurants and bars. Very comfortable and we will stay there again. Amazing experience! Thank you

A little gem in a perfect quiet location. Very safe and secure too. The breakfast is superb.

We only stayed one night but it was a lovely place. Quiet , clean and convenient. Check in was easy. So thankful for the aircon as it was a very cold night. Bed was comfy and the t.v. was HUGE. This place has everything covered. Very nice. ????

Upon arrival there were problems with the entry gate. The room had no windows and no heating. The breakfast was ok but the coffee machine was difficult to operate. The area was ok and there were eating options nearby.

Sorry this review is not accurate. The Gate function was due to the elderly guests not understanding how to use a remote. The coffee machine is so automated all you need is to press one button. As a 5 star venue we certainly have windows and heating.

Noisy plumbing, shower cold water tap that did not turn off without fiddling, power boards falling off bedside tables, squeaking bed he’d needs securing.

Thank you for the 4/5 review however if there was a maintenance issue we would have gladly attended to it. Reading about squeaking bed or power board in a review is discourteous

Well presented. Close to pub, restaurants and shopping. Comfortable bed. Owner puts a new meaning to continental breakfast. . We were presented with everything you would like including home made bread and eggs to cook anyway you like. Also included fresh fruit and juices. Great place to stay
