We were in The Cyrus Hotel at the beginning of January. The hotel is located in the real centre of Breslavia. Strategic position for visiting the city and enjoing resturants, bars and clubs. It looks really pretty and we stay very well. People are very kind and took care of us. We had a very nice experience!

Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Das ganze Team ist herzlich, aufmerksam und einfach echt nett – man merkt sofort, dass hier Menschen mit Leidenschaft arbeiten. Das Frühstück war fantastisch, alles frisch und liebevoll zubereitet. Die Zimmer sind gro?, blitzsauber und die Betten super bequem – man schl?ft wie auf Wolken. Der Eigentümer ist ein unglaublich sympathischer Mensch, der sich wirklich um seine G?ste kümmert. So viel Herzlichkeit findet man selten. Für mich ganz klar das sch?nste Hotel in Wroclaw – ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Hotel totalmente recomendable. Habitación amplia, tipo suite. Ba?o también muy amplio. El desayuno de 10, tiene de todo, incluso posibilidad de pedir platos cocinados en el momento. El personal atento. Situación excelente, en el centro histórico. En resumen un hotel que cumple ampliamente con lo ofertado.

Whilst the building and premises may have the potential of being a 5 star hotel I feel there’s lots of things that aren’t up to standard yet. Our room (116) was adjacent to a busy road and tram tracks and was noisy until late at night and again from about 6am, the room itself was small and the thermostat for the air conditioner was not attached to the wall and partially falling off on arrival, there was no Mini bar which I think there should be in a 5 star hotel. The Bathroom amenities were just large refillable bottles (which is good for the environment) but just soap and shampoo were available and they didn’t feel premium in any way shape or form, the housekeeping also wasn’t great with beds not being made well and water not being replaced on one day nor bins emptied. The breakfast which we had ok one day was very expensive and very poor quality with food being virtually all gone and/or cold, the coffe machine was out of service for 30 minutes while we were in breakfast, this was at 9:30 when breakfast was open till 10:30 so I’d have expected food to be plentiful and warm ….extremely disappointing and poorly priced. The building itself is very nice and well located, staff are engaging and friendly, I think it has potential but our stay was “just ok” with nothing worthy of an actual complaint (except the breakfast) but also nothing to write home about. I don’t think I would stay again

Personale gentile e disponibile, pronti a risolvere le problematiche in breve tempo. Hotel in posizione centralissima. Camera molto bella e pulita. Assolutamente consigliato.

3.房号越大，房间越入，要很很远才到房间。
