?Excellent hotel The hotel is at a high level in all parameters: reception, rooms, lobby, dining room, Carmel lounge. Lior, who has a high sense of service, should be mentioned from the lounge, as well as Luda, and also the chef named Saba, who made especially delicious gnocchi. From the dining room, Javor, who passed by every few minutes and asked if everything was okay and if they needed anything, is fun to stay at hotels as a member of the network.

everything was excellent. my daughter is gluten free and the kitchen staff went all out to give her some of every kind of gluten free food item they make: the choices were very extensive of salty and sweet type foods.

Excellent hotel, excellent service, excellent food, everything in the dining room is delicious, this is not the first time I've been to this hotel, and I've been to other hotels in Eilat, I like to return to this specific hotel, a month ago I was with my family at Herods, during the Sukkot holiday, Dan Panorama is in no way inferior to the hotels that are considered more luxurious in Eilat.

The best breakfast ever!!! Our room had a hot tub on the patio and entrance to the Business lounge!

Low bed comfort, corridor overly noisy by night, room cleaning (old carpets), TV remote sticky (’disgusting’). Breakfast very few choice of fresh fruits (just watermelon and melon on the four days we've been at the hotel). Public transportation: station access is fairly too far, wont recommend for families or elders. Overall not 100% satisfied of the room, very expensive compared to other properties for same service, despite very professional staff and warm welcome.

In the United States, the Dan Panorama Eilat would be considered only a 3 1/2* hotel. The room size was average but the decorating needs updating, particularly in the bathroom. Checked in on a Friday evening and was bombarded by hoards of poorly behaved children. This is definitely not a hotel to be enjoyed by couples looking for a relaxing experience. However, the biggest problem was the horrible internet service. It was almost impossible to do any work on my computer because either the service was so slow or I kept getting shut off. The hotel is not on the beach but the pool area is nice and the breakfast buffet abundant.

Date: 6.7.2025 In my opinion I do not recommend to come here is why: Pros: - The hotel features a big swimming pool. - The rooms are nice. On Saturday they try to make it as best as a regular day in the dining room. - Food is tasty. Cons: - Service is terrible, it feels like they do you a favor that they work there. - We had problems with the air conditioning and safe. - We asked them to bring 6 towels and they only gave us 3. - The swimming pool is very dirty with hair and stuff on the wall. - On Saturday we asked them not to turn off the air conditioning but when we came back from the dining room it was off. - We lost something in the dining room and the 2 options are that are they threw it away or they don’t want to give it back. Overall: I don’t think you will want to waste your money on a hotel that is terrible in my opinion. All of these stuff happened to us and not someone else
