Ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal 26/12/24 al 29/12/2024 occupando tutte le camere essendo 7 persone in famiglia! A parte la comodità del punto molto vicino al centro di Palermo, la struttura lascia molto a desiderare per quanto riguarda la comodità dei letti (materassi sporchi e scomodi),poco pulito, soprattutto la parte della cucina, molto sporca e priva di macchina da caffè ( fornita una caffettiera tradizionale senza caffè), salotto con sedie e poltrone in similpelle logore, divano molto sporco, stanze con finestre in legno logore, prive di vista panoramica essendo un piano rialzato di un condominio con affaccio nel pozzo luce! Siamo rimasti scioccati al momento del check out, quando l’host Sergio apriva un armadio della cucina chiuso a chiave, dove all’interno era custodita una macchina da caffè nuova ?♂? Ahimè…. da turista a Palermo si può trovare anche di meglio e a minor prezzo!!

We were very disappointed when we arrived. The kitchen is very basic - the dishwasher was cellotaped closed, there were no tea towels and no toaster. The fridge light flashed continually every time the door opened (we called it our disco fridge!). There was a dark stain on the uncomfortable sofa and 4 chairs around a small table. It was advertised to be quiet with city views however it is on the ground floor near a very noisy street and there were very noisy people above us. We were told just before we got here that we had to pay extra for bed linen and towels. Having travelled from Australia, we did not have these. The manager assured us this was advertised on ***********… however we could not find that information. In general, the bedrooms are good with individual bathrooms. However, everywhere is faded and old and worn.

Communication with the owner was great!
The apartment was in a good location and neighbourhood.
Very spacious apartment! With AC which helped with the hot weather!
Bonus points for the owner who allowed us to keep our suitcases in the apartment after check out for a few hours as we had a late flight and for arranging a taxi to the airport! Thank you!
