An amazing 3 night stay. From the moment we booked, Youssef could not have been more helpful. He was always contactable, to arrange airport transfers or answer any questions we might have and went above and beyond when we left something in the room at the end of our stay, getting it to us at the airport in time for our flight! Regarding the Riad itself, it's in a great location, a short walk to the medina or taxi stop and not too hard to find (we arrived late and a member of the family came to meet us from the taxi and show us the way). The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean and the breakfast each morning was excellent. We also enjoyed the roof top terrace in the evenings with views over the old city. We felt looked after by the whole family for the entire stay and certainly wouldn't look for anywhere else on our next trip to Fez.

Merci pour l’accueil ! Youssef et le reste de l’équipe ont été vraiment tops ! ?a fait plaisir d’avoir ce genre de contact lorsqu’on arrive dans une ville nouvelle. L’emplacement est sympa dans une rue calme de la médina (+rooftop), les chambres pourraient être un peu plus lumineuses !

J’ai été très bien accueilli au Riyad, malgré mon arrivée très tardive. L’h?te a pris le temps de me faire une excellente présentation des lieux et de ma chambre. Celle-ci était spacieuse, impeccablement propre, avec de l’eau bien chaude et un chauffage efficace, parfait pour cette période hivernale. Le petit-déjeuner a été un vrai régal, généreusement servi par le propriétaire, toujours attentif et chaleureux. La situation du Riyad est idéale, à proximité du marché, et l’équipe est très arrangeante : ils peuvent même organiser un taxi si besoin.

This place was amazing. All the staff was so kind and helpful. They will go out of their what to make me feel at home and safe. Hamza is the Best mánager EVER. The food is so Fresh and tasty. Also the place is súper clean and so beautiful and the terrace is where we spent most of our evenings eating Oranges and Watching the sunset. Will definetely come back!

La struttura si trova un po' nascosta nei vicoli ma il proprietario vi viene a prendere senza problemi. Lui è disponibilissimo, fa vera accoglienza e dà informazioni e consigli utili per la vacanza. Camera spaziosa e struttura tenuta benissimo. Prezzo molto conveniente
