Great place and affordable. a bit away from the main area but quite. I really appreciated that they accepted a very early check-in, as I arrived early in the morning.
Thank you
I liked it so much I extended my stay. Great for tours and mellow ambience, pool, restaurant, staff all good. A bit too far out of town for walking to Centre shops but easily reachable by trike.
It is not really the best option. It is quiet far from the center, considering that you will be taking a tricycle.
Tricycle driver’s seems to have agreed not to take tourists at the price given to locals. Instead of paying 25.00 you always have to pay 150.00 just to go to the center of Puerto Princesa.
Even the locals, when you ask them, they have uniform answers, “ask the tricycle driver “. The price is not controlled.
Moreover, the place is boring. Nothing is happening around. At night, all you can do is sleep. The pool does not attract me as well, as I never saw anyone cleaning it. We stayed there for 3 days
The toilet is very old and had no water pressure. The food in their restaurant is expensive and not very abundant. The decorative figures are too much, too many wooden animals statues, but okay, it’s 15 minutes away from the airport and we only stayed a night. The staff is very kind.
We liked the amount of plants and the room was spacious and clean, as well as the pool, but the service was very poor. The front desk is not 24h and there is no laundry service on site as written in the hotel description. We were told that they would take care of the laundry somewhere else, but when we came back the next day to pick it up we were told nobody took care of it so we had to pack our dirty laundry. The AC didn’t work properly in the room, the bathroom was smelly, and there was no water dispenser. We just didn’t really feel comfortable or taken care of.
