Beautiful quiet location. Everything was spotless and perfect. Reasonable price. The hosts are super friendly and provide an exceptional breakfast with homemade bread even. Comfortable beds. Nice living room with huge television. Location is just outside the village of Skaneateles for easy access to everything downtown but still in the country. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We enjoyed a wonderful visit at the Deer Run Lodging House. The room and bath were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Breakfast was made to order and delicious! Rick and Rita are excellent hosts! Make sure you visit the frog at the pond out back!
