I enjoyed every moment of my stay in Desert Moon hotel. People love life and they were amazing. T Breakfast was great. Service was excellent and smiling faces. Location is ever good and pyramids were lighting. They make wonderful trips to every place all over Egypt. I like my visit to Giza pyramids and riding the camel around Giza pyramids. I made amazing photos there. I went to the desert with them . I went Wadi El Hitan , it was amazing site .

My new wife and I booked to stay at Desert Moon months ago for our honeymoon. It was advertised to us as a great location for quiet as it is away from the city but soon realised it was safer to be in downtown Cairo where transport & services are easily accessible. Just before arriving we noticed the reviews on Google had deteriorated since we initially booked. As we got there, the scenery got progressively worse (pyramids however still in view). The location made us both feel unsafe. Following this there was nobody to welcome us upon arrival. Luckily we had a helpful driver with us who assisted us find someone to let us in but even so with a questionable elevator. We were eventually shown our room and sadly it had a horrible stench and cleanliness was below acceptable so we checked straight out. It’s a shame as the 2 young guys who worked at the hotel were lovely and trying their best to be accommodating.

une expérience d'exception, l'hospitalité était juste magique et en plus ils ont une agence de voyage de Hakuna Matata tours j'ai pu visiter non seulement tout ce que je voulais mais même plus que prévue: le quartier Copte, Le port d'Alexandrie, le monastère Sainte-Cahterine du Sina?, bien sur les pyramides, la croisière sur le Nil avec la visite du village Nubien, la Vallée des Rois, le Temple d'Amon et autres encore. Je conseille vivement!
