The owners are very friendly and are ready to give plenty of information. The guest house looks nothing special from the outside but it is a real feast for the eyes inside. We had a very sizeable and comfortable room with a beautiful ceiling. The breakfast was more than ample and trouble had been taken to present it all well. There is a charming roof terrace. It is a 25 minute walk along the Arno to get to the Ponte Vecchio - there are worse walks in the world obviously. There is a tramstop nearby and a a bus stop too. The owners give you tram and bus tickets on arrival and charge you at the end of your stay if you have used them. There are some positively reviewed restaurants nearby although we did not eat at any of them but it is good to know that you do not always have to go back into the very centre of town.

Esperienza super in una dimora d’altri tempi in cui ci siamo sentiti coccolati dai gentilissimi proprietari Camere molto ben curate e molto spaziose rifinite e curate nei particolari , soggiorno arricchito da una colazione in cui non mancava niente

From the start we knew we were in good hands with Marco & Cristina. An emailed question the day beforehand was answered promptly and then on arrival Marco was outside to greet us. The room was delightful with a wonderfully painted ceiling, plus all you could wish for regarding information, maps, tram tickets and a reasonably priced (and stocked) mini bar. The bijou breakfast room too was beautifully decorated whereby conversations were struck up over a light, but tasty continental breakfast (don't expect cooked) both with fellow friendly guests and Marco himself. The bed was wonderfully comfy, rooms remade impeccably and the upstairs terrace a must 'retreat with a view' for an afternoon relax and read. This is far more than a usual B & B it is more similar to a boutique guest house. Thoroughly recommended.

The accommodation was good but beware, there is NO free street parking here despite their own current website (English) website saying there was. We found out on arrival that we had to pay 8 Euro per every 24 hours to park in the street. And that the daily tax is now apparently increased to 5.50 Euro per day not the advertised 4 euro. They need to change these details online as it is a very annoying/expensive surprise and false advertisement of their hotel. Apart from this, the accommodation and breakfast was good.

Dimora pulita, camera spaziosa, cura dei dettagli. Straordinaria la vista dalla terrazza posta sul tetto. Colazione più che sufficiente. Ospitalità sopra la norma. Per un soggiorno in una zona abbastanza silenziosa e tranquilla. Consigliato.

Замечательный отель , в котором чувствуешь себя жителем средневековой Флоренции, при этом все удобства из 21-го века) Просторные номера, полностью укомплектованная ванная комната, белоснежное белье и полотенца, ежедневная уборка. Разнообразные и очень вкусные завтраки , классный кофе. Но все это не так важно. Самое главное- хозяева отеля Марко и Кристина, которые оказывают очень радушный и интеллигентный прием, рекомендуют рестораны, угощают наивкуснейшими локальными сырами, снабжают билетами на общественный транспорт. Сеньор Марко так интересно рассказывает об истории Флоренции и др регионов Италии, что можно слушать часами. Есть терраса, вид на Флоренцию с которой просто завораживает.

Cristina & Marco sont des h?tes extraordinaires, humains, et aux petits soins. Tout est fait pour que le sejour soit reussi! A l’arrivée un plan de la ville et des conseils de visite detaillés sont donnés, ainsi que des tickets de bus. Confort absolu dans le logement qui est tres bien situé par rapport au centre ( 15-20 mn a pied). Petit dejeuner tres satisfaisant. Encore un grand merci à nos h?tes qui de par leur passion du pays, et de son histoire ont contribués à rendre notre sejour à Florence encore plus magique. Nous recommandons grandement et nous reviendrons ici sans hesiter lors d’un prochain sejour à Florence! Valérian & Leslie.

Stayed in the economy basic room and it was beautiful!!! Beautifully renovated and modern with old features like the kitchen still visible and exposed tile flooring. The headboard of the bed, curtains, everything beautiful. The owners were so so lovely, parked our car for us and sat us down to tell us all of the secrets of Florence, each one we did and loved. They cleaned our room and folded away all of my clothing neatly, really excellent service you wouldn't get even elsewhere. The terrace upstairs is beautiful and the location is perfect as you spend each evening walking along the river back to the hotel. Was our favourite hotel of the trip, wish we could stay another night. I hope to come back.

We had an excellent stay in this lovely place. As I say, it exceded all our expectations. Marco and Cristina are soooo nice and friendly. Marco sat with us for a while to show as lots of recommendations of activities and places to visit. They had a list of some restaurants recommendations of places to eat and the food was extraordinary. Breakfast at Dimora Bandilelli was very nice and they even offered us the traditional "Colomba di Pasqua", it was very kind of them to offer us the traditional dessert of this season (easter). The terrace is beautiful and in general the place is very quiet, clean and spacious, including the room. I don't know what else to say, I'm happy that our stay was just perfect: Perfect B&B and service, nice hostess and nice people, beautiful city and extraordinary food = Perfect holidays!
