We were told in advance that it was possible to leave our luggage but there were no clear instructions on where to leave it. Otherwise a very informative video is sent in advance with details of how to find the room - we did find the virtual keys a slight pain but it’s probably a generational thing. The room was great, nice & clean - great location just a stones throw from the Arena where there are loads of places to eat & drink along with some great shops if you fancy a bit of retail therapy.
The room was very clean and well functioning, no issues with the heating or air-con and the bathroom was good with everything functioning as it should. There’s a supermarket right next door where you can get anything you need, the room does have a kettle and a coffee machine though with some tea, coffee and sugar to keep you going a couple of days. We only stayed 4 nights and the host was tidying around when we got there and came round on the 2nd day too to see if we wanted new towels and more amenities which was nice. Only things I would add for improvement is that the room needs new pillows, they were VERY hard and that made sleeping a little uncomfortable but not horrendously so. They also never sent anything through about paying tourist tax, until I received an email at 7:30am the day we were leaving which I didn’t see as we were already on the plane to go home and they were asking if I wanted to pay cash or transfer, organising this once we’d gone was a little tricky so that could have been better organised in advance by the host and should be noted to those who stay in the future. Overall though it was a nice little place, ideally situated for exploring Verona and I would recommend it and stay again.

Absolutely central, near supermarket, wasy walk around centre. TOP location. Room is small Double with foam mattress. We expected trouble sleeping but after awhile we got used to room size and mattress. The aircon was good and we were grateful in the heat. Overall we got used to all the doors to unlock, the mattress and enjoyed the fantastic location more and more each day.

Comfortable and convenient place to stay with family in Verona. A little more complicated to get into with all the codes needed on the phone, but in some ways convenient to be self sufficient (as long as phone has service). Large room for our family of four to stay in, clean bathroom, AC. Very walkable to explore Verona.

O hotel tem uma localiza??o excelente. Incrível. Indico de olhos fechados. Perto de tudo. Restaurantes ao redor. Foi uma estadia que surpreendeu muito pelo custo benefício. O check in foi fácil, através de chave virtual, as informa??es foram enviadas antes de chegar no local.

Excelente, súper recomendable
La ubicación es bárbara y la habitación muy cómoda. Es sencilla pero, para pasar la noche es más que suficiente! He trabajado un día desde la habitación y muy bien, tiene una peque?a mesa y el wifi funciona de 10. La habitación está en el centro de la ciudad pero es súper silenciosa. El proceso de check-in y de entrada al apartamento es súper tecnológico.
El servicio fue de 10! Muy amables tanto pot whatsapp como el chico de la limpieza. Viajo mucho a Verona y, es probable que repita y recomiende!
