Regarding the bed, we proposed various solutions: the topper (which one of our collaborators promptly arranged), the change of room to a higher level apartment, we proposed everything possible, but she accepted nothing because she would have wanted a bed as a replacement, but do you know how long it takes to get a replacement bed? Maybe not, especially considering that a squeaky bed has no significant problem. Regarding noise, dear lady, we are in a condominium, where many families live, it is normal to hear families from nearby accommodation, the only solution is to be isolated, so your choice cannot be a B&B in a condominium.
