Excellent location near shops, eateries, bars and beach. Second time staying here as trusted, friendly family run business.

Typically Greek basic studio, kept beautifully clean. Linen and towels changed twice a week. Great location, a couple of minutes from the main *****, so close to the bars and tavernas, but also very peaceful. I stayed with my teenage daughter and would stay again.

Stayed 2 nights here. Denis the owner was so helpful and kind. The apartments are clean the place is well cared for, easy access to the town and beaches. When differently go back.

Lovely apartment (No 25 but they only have 20 rooms!) with 2 bedrooms and a sea view. All the the things we needed for a week, kettle/fridge etc. Studios are 2 mins from the main street of Skala and 5 mins walk to the beach. Owners are great, Mike gave us a reduced taxi rate to a nearby beach.

This is our second stay here and just as good as previously. The owner, Dennis, is very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, very clean and serviced daily. Plenty of storage, comfortable bed, efficient a/c and a good shower. The location is central to enjoy Skala but also very quiet.

Im a solo traveller for me the Dionysios was in the perfect location, 2 minutes to main street and 5 mins from beach. basic but spotlessly clean with great regular housekeeping, dont know about the cooking facilities as i dont cook when on holiday, however there looked to be enough of everything along with a 2 ring hob and fridge. my room had a hairdryer, flat screen TV (which i didnt use) great value for your money if you want a good basic base.

Good Location 5 mins from Skala centre , 10 mins to beach . Large comfy bed Very clean , bed and towels changed regularly. Self Catering ,hairdryer and basic kitchen equipment ,plenty of hot water, , all you need . Dennis and his wife Very friendly and there if you need anything. Pretty wrap around garden . Extra charge for aircon &safe (reasonable), would stay again.........Requested upper floor room with tour operator not offered, but ground floor garden view, had some shade and quiet .only noise was upstairs guest ! Very restful . Hotel near by if you want to use pool with small charge useful on last day .

I stayed in Room 27 which was on the ground floor facing the road. The road was very quiet and although other guests had to walk past the balcony, I didn’t feel like I was on show as it wasn’t very busy. The room was very comfortable and clean. The full sized fridge with ice box was a big plus. I didn’t use the cooking facilities but there was ample utensils/pots etc for 2 people. Only a 5 minute walk to the shops/restaurants/beach. Supermarkets have plenty of stock, especially water! Excellent choice of restaurants/tavernas. I can recommend The Old Town restaurant if you’re vegan as they have a great menu (I tried imam which was delicious) and the Greek salad of course. Lovely bakery and homemade ice cream shop next door. All the locals are really friendly. The beach is lovely and I’d recommend beach/swim shoes as it’s very pebbly/gritty sand. I didn’t use the sun beds, opting for my trusty beach towel. I had no problem leaving my belongings whilst I swam in the sea. The sunrises are amazing - well worth getting up early for. As a solo traveller I felt completely safe during my stay in Skala.

Great accommodation in good location. Bed really comfy, very clean and serviced regularly, excellent host and good WiFi. Excellent location to beach and amenities. Provided with fridge, kettle and hob. Lots of hot water. Balcony provided a good outside space for chilling.

A lovely stay booked last minute through TUI. The apartment was comfortable , clean and fully functional. A lovely balcony overlooking a very quiet area. Good wardrobe and storage space. A new kitchen, hob, extractor fan, fridge, toaster, kettle with all equipment supplied. Hairdryer was also provided.
