Great location as it is very near the port,in the middle of the nice old town, you do not need to use bus or taxi.You can find anything around it as restaurants,cafes, souvenir shops, bus station etc...Traditional style , very cheap but not so clean, no other facilities than a bed to sleep and a bathroom. At night yhou could listen people of other rooms snoring (xaxa), it was noisy, not hot water 24hours....but Mrs Xenia the owner was very polite, kind and helpful.

Το μονο καλο που εχει ειναι οτι ειναι στο κεντρο. Το δωματιο ηταν απλα οκ. Το χειροτερο απ ολα ηταν οταν πηγαμε το βραδακι στο δωματιο μετα την βολτα μα? κ θελαμε να κανουμε μπανιο . Δεν ειχε καθολου ζεστο νερ? . Καλεσα στο τηλ την οικοδ?σποινα κ μου ειπε οτι πριν φυγει ειχε ζεστο νερο κ τωρα μενει εκτο? χανιων κ αυριο θα εχει ζεστο νερο . Το πρωι κατα τι? 8:30 ξυπνησαμε κ θελαμε να κανουμε μπανιο. Παλι δεν ειχε ζεστο νερο ,ετρεχε για πολυ ωρα αλλα τπτ , κατα τι? 10 η ωρα ηρθε κ το ζεστο νερο . Οκ ειπαμε να ειναι low budget αλλα εστω ζεστο νερο να εχει . Επιση? ουτε το air condition λειτουργουσε. Θελαμε να ζεσταθουμε το βραδυ γτ εβγαλε ξαφνικα κρυο στα χανια κ απ οτι εγραψα κ πιο πανω δεν ειχε ζεστο νερο να ζεσταθουμε κ ειπαμε να αν?ψουμε το κλιματισμ?. Εχω ξαναμεινει σε low budget δωματια αλλα αυτο ηταν νομιζω το χειροτερο . Δεν το συστηνω καθολου.

Tiny room, many stairs, balcony chairs rusted and lopsided, tiny, tiny bathroom.

Our ferry was running late and we had trouble finding our way into Chania. But we called Xenia who was more than helpful in finding the place and also made sure we enjoyed our stay. We were planning to hire a car but staying here we found there was no need to.
