Hospitality That Goes the Extra Mile!
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The room was bright, comfortable, and just a short stroll from the charming city center. What truly made our stay special was Giannis, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Whether we messaged him on WhatsApp for restaurant ideas, day-trip suggestions, tips on what to do in Rethymno, or even to ask where to catch a bus, he would always respond and often go out of his way to check for us. He’d also ask how we enjoyed certain places and what we had planned for the day, small gestures that made a big difference. A perfect blend of comfort, location, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommend!

Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be in the central area of Heraklion. The area does feel sketchy because of where it’s located but it’s a really safe area. There’s a lot of restaurants and stores that’s only a few minutes walking distance from the hotel which was nice. The hotel it self was very nice and modern, with lots of cute balcony areas to hang out in (you also have your own private balcony to enjoy as well) If you do plan on renting a car, parking is a little difficult as streets are over crowded and small, you just have get lucky finding a spot in front of the hotel, if not there are paid parking areas nearby. Giannis made our stay very enjoyable, very easy to communicate, and quick to answer our questions, and also very helpful when we were in need as we are two girls in a new country which he made us feel safe.

Beautifully appointed room, comfortable bed, charming private (or shared depending on the room) terrace with umbrella, table and chairs. The proprietor is helpful but not obtrusive. The property is just a couple of very short blocks from the archeological museum and the old town. We are not shoppers but we saw many stores within an easy walk. Highly recommended.

The property was small, clean, quiet and next to the Archeological Museum. Breakfast was not included but there were many options close by. It also had a nice private balcony but no view.

Je suis restée 10 nuits dans cet h?tel. J’avais la chambre Rosso. Elle avait deux grandes terrasses. La chambre était propre. La douche était grande. Le design de la chambre et de l’h?tel est magnifique. L’h?tel offre deux bouteilles dans le mini bar à votre arrivée. Giannis le patron, vous envoie un message sur whats app. Il est adorable. L’h?tel est à 2 min du musée archéologique d’Héraklion. Et des principaux bus de la ville. Il y a pleins de bons restaurants aux alentours, une pharmacie… Le c?té négatif : l’eau de la douche est tiède jamais chaude, la chambre Rosso pour y accéder vous devez monter deux escaliers. Il faut avoir des jambes solides. Les clients sont parfois bruyants. Le ménage est fait le matin à partir de 9h. Si vous souhaitez faire la grasse matinée cela va être compliqué…

Very nice and cool hotel seems like everything is recently upgraded. My room had a small balcony and a small kitchenette. The room was facing the street so a bit of noise in the evening. Close to bus and lots of restaurants and sights.

Beautiful rooms! Great location! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend to anyone.

Great hotel with beautiful rooms to stay in a quieter part of the city center of Heraklion! We had a great time and enjoyed it a lot. Big plus is also the peaceful and amazingly decorated courtyard with seats available for all the guests. Definitely recommend staying here!

Eraklion h?tel Domus Ariadne établissement proche du bus pour l'aéroport, du centre ville et de l'aéroport…. H?tel rénové, accueil sympathique, belle chambre tout confort ( télé, clim, bouilloire, machine café et thé) avec petite salle d'eau , le tout décoré avec go?t et bien éclairé. Fenêtres qui donnent sur une cour intérieure trop fortement éclairée toute la nuit ( bonjour les économies d'énergie) mais malheureusement les rideaux occultants sont inefficaces. Dommage! C'est pour moi le seul problème.
