It was our first time staying here, we spent 2 nights as a family of 4 (2 children). We will definitely be back, the staff were all lovely and couldn't do enough for us all. The room was lovely and clean, the food was delicious and a great variety. We all had great fun in the pool and hot tub which were both clean, well maintained and both lovely and warm.

This hotel is very tired and with torn curtains in the room and a very out od date bathroom. Floors creaking and out of date furniture in the room.

Clean room with helpful stuff and a good variety of food and drinks on the all-inclusive package.

Our room was amazing, spacious, had everything you would need, just a bit to warm, can't turn heating down, asked at reception, maintenance can do it if asked. Excellent food, very friendly staff, very accomodating. Very clean.

Hotel staff, facilities, food, swimming pools and entertainment were brilliant. Everything was presented really nicely in the foyer/reception area. The bedroom and carpets were really tired, however, and need a revamp to match the quality hotel foyer. We found the mattresses uncomfortably soft and didn't sleep well, so assume these were old too. A really mixed experience, but on balance the positive outweighed the negatives. The staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommend getting tram passes on app. before you arrive as need proof of children's DOB from passport or birth certificate. The tram stop is really conveniently opposite the hotel. Excellent reliable service :-)

The location is great just right next to the tram station and 1 min walk to the Beach.
