Really good place. In a side street only 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Really quiet Host Jamie is very knowledgeable as he runs his own tour company. Good breakfast selection of cereals, ham, toast etc. Room was clean and a walk in shower.

A warm, personal welcome and a very homely feel. Jamie and Heather have created a cosy, spotless haven within a short walk of the city centre. They can provide parking permits for the local street during your stay. Jamie runs a local tour service for those who require it.

A great warm welcome from Heather ?? Thank you. She took me straight up to our room as I was desperate for a hot shower. The room was perfect. Clean and cosy. Fresh towels, fresh bedding, tea/coffee, milk, cups, and glasses all laid out. We couldn't have asked for better. Our own en-suite bathroom and a TV on the wall. Heather gave me a little introduction folder, which was really handy. House rules, places to visit, and places to eat. Jamie is a top bloke. Welcoming and a great sense of humour. Although his Scouse accent needs more work, or should I say "werk" ????. He is a great tour guide, too. If you are visiting Inverness, you would be crazy if you didn't stay with these guys. A lovely family and a lovely home. Thank you, Jamie and Heather. I know we haven't left yet. I just had to sing your praises.

Jamie is one of the best hosts I have ever had! I got a flat tire in my rental and he helped coordinate the repair with a local mobile mechanic and was a wealth of knowledge about the best sights and local lore. I will definitely be coming back and booking one of his tours!
