The road is very bad on the way to the hotel. Almost turned back and stayed at another hotel.
Wifi service is not available in the room and feel very disappointed.
The staff at the registration desk and the room service staff were excellent. The problem of water heater and the light not turning on in the bathroom was dealt with promptly. thanks for the urgent action.
The beautiful view is very pleasant and if I want to stay here again, I want the same room.
Service for room needs are also resolved immediately such as a perfect extra bed

没有WiFi，手机信号也差，电视只有一个台还都是雪花，热水要烧半小时只能用5分钟不到，插座都是松的不能用，房间里有股潮湿腐败的味道，被子上有血渍，毛巾上又黄又黑，没有牙刷等用具。位置在半山，风很大，晚上有点冷，但是离乳牛场很近，离山很近。早上下雨没看到日出，赶紧撤了。

better book on web than using apps..more cheaper..

The ONLY thing good is the view. The location is highly inconvenient as there isn’t any convenient stores nearby. You need transport. There is no air conditioning and the water heater is a bit unstable.
The meals at the restaurant aren’t great. The hotel staff are not very conversant in English, but they do try their best. Walking up and down the slope of this resort is tiring.

早上6点的神山 真的会让你惊讶??
我们住在最高的那一层，
开门往左看??就是整座神山，而且没有电线等等的挡着拍照视线??????
开门往右看??就是一片云海，风吹来真的很舒服，很冷??
就是房间好多小昆虫呀，床单也没有很乾净，会痒..??

厕所太陈旧了！屋外没施也应该翻新一下！有好多设备已经坏了！怎么説呢…比较合适当地的马来人住！如果是我的话…以后再也不会回来这个酒店居住！！

The resort was on high ground and thus have a wonderful / fantastic view of Kundasang valley. The resort is a bit old. There was no free Internet in the room. The small 24 inc TV in the room was not working. No hair dryer and air con. There is 1 standing fan. I am ok with all Cleanliness was good.

A bit far from eateries but resort has its own cafe and not bad. The access road is not well maintained. However, the view from the compound is spectacular and the resort is located at the higher level compared to the others.
