Paid 47 quid for a saturday in january with a waterfront view so really good value. Arrived at 310pm lots of room in car park, 8 quid for 24 hours. Check in was at a machine. Room 207 a family room overlooking water, great views warm room and loads of hot water. Beds were lovely and comfy would def return if got a good deal.

Took advantage of the Jan/Feb reduced room rate with breakfast thrown in. Staff at reception, and in the restaurant and bar were extremely friendly and eager to help. On arrival the desk clerk kindly found us a room with a walk in shower as my wife had recently contracted painful sciatica so a shower over a bath would have been DIFFICULT!! Breakfast was to a high standard and better than on our numerous previous visits. Self-service Barista coffee machine produced excellent results. Views across the Tay were sadly disappointing due to freezing fog. Our room was clean and tidy but the new mattresses are arguably less comfortable than the type they had as standard previously. Going back in February.

Staff serving in the beef eater made it such a pleasant stay,room was warm and cosy,relaxing after a days work

Was shocked with the way I was spoken to by a member of there staff on the 7th December 2025 I am a regular to this hotel once a month maybe even twice a month cause I go to my royal engineers meetings

Conveniently situated near to shops, railway station not too far from bus station and shops. Room clean and warm and was easy to check-in

Excellent hotel in prime central location with views of the river Tay and both bridges. Staff very polite and helpful. Dinner and breakfast in the beefeater was great value for money. Room clean and warm with everything you would expect.

Really comfortable bed ( as in all Premier Inns). Close to The V&A Dundee. The restaurant is a Beefeater .

Great location,plenty of parking. You will need to get a voucher from reception to scan at the parking machine,so you pay just ￡4. As it is a horizon car park. Check in was smooth, two really cheery guys on the desk. Who apologised for the minimal delay due to the hotel being fully booked. Room was spotless,clean & tidy. Slept great,never heard a thing. My only gripe would be a window that opens. Sometimes the stuffy room smell is a bit wiffy when you 1st walk in. The location of this premier inn is great, across the road is the train station, literally less than 1000yrds is the V&A. & a 5min walk into the town.
