Did not have breakfast, had to be out the door before they begam serving it. Very accessible to shopping and dining.

Spacious jr suite with windows directly over the canal was just what we were looking for. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. A great location between San Marco and Rialto.

This is a nice cozy hotel but by no means should qualify as a four star hotel. It felt more like a 3 star tbh.

En una habitación no servían 2 focos por lo que era muy obscura y en otra habitación no se podía apagar una luz, los de mantenimiento subieron y tardaron en poderla apagar y se safo la manija de uno de los ba?os

En arrivant à l’h?tel, nous sommes accompagnés à notre chambre où il fait une chaleur intense. Ce qui est étonnant car à l’extérieur il fait environ 25°. On nous indique qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation. Cela ne nous inquiète pas car les nuits sont fra?ches au mois d’avril. Donc avant de partir nous promener, nous décidons d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour rafra?chir la chambre. En rentrant vers minuit, une odeur nauséabonde nous donne des hauts le c?ur et il fait encore chaud. On ne comprend pas bien d’où vient cette chaleur. On essaie de mettre du parfum, rien n’y fait. Des odeurs d’égo?t éc?urantes. On hésite à le signaler et à demander à changer de chambre mais il est tard. Et on avait déballé toutes nos affaires. On se couche l’odeur toujours présente et la chaleur étouffante. Pas très romantique pour un weekend à Venise en amoureux. Le lendemain matin, à partir de 5H des bruits de vaisselle nous réveillent. Impossible de dormir. On referme la fenêtre mais rapidement on a du mal à respirer tellement il fait lourd. C’est étouffant. On a très peu dormi. Nous décidons d’en parler à la reception. Reponse : cela vient du canal. Totalement faux. Le canal ne sent pas mauvais. Et il nous propose un ventilateur. On remonte dans notre chambre et là l’odeur et la chaleur sont encore plus fortes.
Mon mari descend à l’accueil pour dire qu’on s’en va et là une dame qui a l’air d’être au courant, car de suite dit ??c’est la 105???? propose de nous changer de chambre au 4eme étage.

If coming to this hotel, the staff service is exceptional but……… there is a sewer scent when you enter the hotel (not constant but occurs enough). DO NOT book room 607 if you are scared of ghost. We were unable to sleep the entire stay due to activities in the room. The staff never stepped foot inside the room as well. The jacuzzi is inoperable and there’s no standing shower head connections. Iron your clothes in advance as ironing is illegal on the island. The hotel provides this service for a FEE ($7 a shirt). Lastly don’t bother contacting the hotel in advance via email as your message will go unaddressed. You are REQUIRED to leave your room key each and every time you leave the hotel!!!!! Other than the above….Perfect location to reach all tourist destination

Отличное расположение, номер небольшой, но чистый и уютный, ощущение недавнего ремонта, минуса два — в номере нет чайно-кофейного сета и приветственной воды.
