No reception but an indifferent juvenile house keeper and further more a negligent and lacking of integrity owner, involving some great (intentional ?) mismanagement booking and a short of interest to host his guest. Likely to be labeled as a run down dirty homestay. Could have been a decent or smart economic place to stay if the main idea wasn't to be cashing in with antic not properly maintained rooms for rent with minimalist but lucrative conception of hosting people. Extreme difficulty obtaining confirmation of the reservation. Messages reflecting a lack of consideration for honoring the reservation. Request for advance payment via money transfer to guarantee the booking. Upon arrival, the room was undone with dirty bedsheets and leftover fast food on the bed and a pervasive smell of tobacco in a room supposedly non-smoking. By phone, the owner insistently tried to redirect to his other F10 branch located further away, which offers similar mediocre services at a higher price. A common practice, for which I had to accept the constraints some times in the past when arriving late and unable to go elsewhere in similar conditions. Unacceptable, negligent, and detrimental to the basic rules of booking accommodation. The recurring problematic to rely on the fake hype generated algorithmic ranking manners with anonymous and sterile proposal of hotels on a booking site.
