The accommodation was adequate and neat. An extra chair for the second person would've been nice. May I suggest more hangers (I had to buy some), a microwave and a bench to put one's suitcase? It was okay to use the communal kitchen, but a microwave in the room would've helped a lot.

I stayed at Eagle Cove for a few weeks because I needed a long stay for work. It became a second home for me. It is a safe, convenient location for my current needs, and most importantly, the staff is friendly and always willing to help.

Beautiful and very neat. The staff is very friendly! Near everything! Really impressed. The bed is very soft. Great sleep. Will definitely make use of Eagle cove again.

We were received very friendly and the lady at reception was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and bed and warm blanket very comfortable!

The rooms are clean and have everything you need for a business trip accommodation. My only complaint is the shower and hot water (gas) geyser. When you open the tap, the water feel comfortable for ±30 seconds only. After that, having the shower mixer in the middle, the water is either extremely (burning) hot or ice cold. The TV was also not great, with poor picture quality (had some artefacts across the screen). However, all this is fixable.

Room was small, but it and bathroom were spotless. Bed was fantastic, slept very well. One small gripe; had to ask for hand towels both nights as they were not supplied

Will recommend Eagle Cove to anyone visiting Johannesburg, wonderful experience and great service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Truly an amazing experience and will definitely use Eagle Cove for all future bookings when visiting Johannesburg.

It was nice spending time there and I'm definitely going back...next time I'm having a meeting around...the only thing that is a challenge is there's no carports. I believe the management will sort that out and everything will be satisfactory for people spending the time there.
