Well worth the money, room clean, bed comfy, aplenty of tea and coffee, owner's were lovely both kind and helpful, very talkative to, really helps out, breakfast was brilliant, all you could want, cooked just right, thank you for a great stay.

Exceptional value for money, very clean, breakfast is lush! The owner, Rachel, couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful - I felt like I was welcomed like family. Highly recommend, would def stay there again ??

I stayed here for Dave Day for two nights and this is such a lovely, well-looked after guest house. The couple who run it are lovely and make such a nice breakfast. Really good value for what you get. Really quiet of a night too.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place and the owners were so welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and the kids enjoyed very well. If you are planning to explore barrow and lake district with family, this place would be the best choice. Thank you.

Just had Our 2nd visit here,, Had another wonderful weekend here,, room was lovely,, very clean , it’s a lovely family run guest house,, Rachel & Wayne are fabulous hosts,, they offer a great choice for breakfast, there’s tea/coffee facilities in the room too ???? Will definitely be returning ??

Big thank you to Rachel & Wayne for their generosity and hospitality during an unexpected stay in Barrow and difficult time. Nothing too much trouble. So very lucky to have found such a welcoming home for a week or so to rest up and have some much-needed company. Cheers again folks.

Stayed here recently with my lady. The room was dated but nice . really nice bathroom and shower we were quite comfortable . One small complaint was that there were not enough power outlets . We didnt eat breakfast here but the aroma from the kitchen made us think about that decision. The Owners were very nice and helpful. A really nice stay and in a location we wanted to be in. 4 stars from me.

Absolutely lovely family run guest house. Really smart decor and a lovely friendly place to stay, at a very reasonable price. In addition, the full English breakfast really sets you up for the day. Thank you Rachel, it was a pleasure to meet you ??

Had a fabulous stay 8 nights in a lovely room great 4 poster bed great food and good variety Rachel and Wayne were brilliant and really really helpful during a trying time when my mother was hospitalised during my visit thank you for a wonderful stay!x

We stayed two nights and couldn't be more pleased. Plenty of free parking, the room was really comfy and clean and we slept really well. Rachel is friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble and she made us a beautiful breakfast each morning. A great place to stay, we would definitely return if visiting the area again. Would 100% recommend ??
