Self check in requires IC. A bit tedious but the staff will guide yo

Hotel rooms n staff service is ok. There are a few restaurants eg kfc, nasi branani around but seafood restaurant are much further away.?
Have difficulty getting grab car to go around. Luckily we managed to book a private car to get a day tour of all the attractions n restaurants to eat.

This room was seriously unhygienic and far below hotel standards. The walls were visibly dirty with widespread stains and grime, especially around the desk and near the bed area, making the room feel neglected and unsanitary. It looked like the walls had not been properly cleaned for a long time.
The bathroom condition was even worse. The sink drain had heavy black buildup and grime around it, which is extremely concerning from a hygiene perspective. This is basic cleanliness that should be checked and cleaned daily, yet it was clearly ignored.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness made the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. Hygiene is the most basic expectation for any hotel, and this property failed badly. I would not recommend staying here unless the hotel seriously improves its cleaning and maintenance standards.

The drainage system of shower is stuck, water flow is slow. Toilet’s air ventilation system is faulty as well. Making the whole room becoming high humidity.

Tv can't use bcoz storm so bored but many shop around. Easy access to sungai besar or sabak bernam and teluk intan

The room is smaller than expected.
No sofa as shown in the picture.
Air cond was not cold, have to wait for hours for it to be cold. Although the temperature was set to 16° celcius.
There is a small leaking in the bathroom. Not sure from where, but the floor were flooded when we checked in.
TV could not be used.
Headbed frame were moldy.
