J'ai passé un séjour agréable en compagnie de mon amoureux dans cet h?tel je compte vraiment y retourner car j'ai adoré le service et le confort et je le conseille vraiment a tous le service est de qualité en fait on a l'impression d'être au paradis dans cet h?tel

The room service is very poor. It takes more than two hours to deliver meals that were promised 45mins. Most time they deliver what you did not order. Too many insects flying in the rooms from the ceiling. We were told not to put on the POP light as it will attract more insects into the room. Even then, some insects still found their way into the room and unto the bed. A complete fumigation is recommended.,

This hotel offered terrible buffet service for my family dinner on August 24, 2022. I hosted over 20 family members to a dinner event but there was hardly any food available. I was literally begging for food. At one point, all the rice serving bowls were empty, and at another point one odd-looking fried rice was emptied into the bowl that had jollof rice. It was just a terrible experience. Despite my numerous complaints, this hotel has basically ignored my complaints. For a hotel of it's acclaimed luxury, such service quality is distasteful, and I will never be staying at this hotel.

There was no single power outage, not a blink, I wonder what technology they deplored to achieve this. Their staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast buffet was rich and tasty. The room is clean and smells good, this is different from my experience in other hotel.
