The hotel was cute and cozy and very conveniently located near a ski slope.

Room is large with 4 super single beds. Hotel has a relatively sizeable onsen n the breakfast spread is great.

The breakfast was good. We like the breakfast. The service was ok. The room is al big but a bit dark, not enough light & not many sockets. The room is a bit old, the matrass is thin & soft. Overall staying was just ok.

是家不错的酒店！非常热情地帮助我预订的出租车（包车），早餐丰富有特色，都是富良野当地特产，如蜜瓜等。

a warm and cozy place. very near to city centre and friendly for travellers driving. free carpark. friendly staffs. it would be better if it has onsen instead of only hot water bath in the common area. value deal if you are travelling around the town.

这酒店性价比蛮高的。虽然离雪场有点距离，他们早上有提供大巴接送服务，时刻表可以在我图里能看到。他们也有温泉。下午的时候也有下午茶，滑完雪了之后能在大堂里坐着喝杯饮料休息。唯一的缺点就是设施有一点旧，他们没有房卡是钥匙，还有离开房间之前得锁上不是自动锁的。

酒店的设备设施齐全，水质也相当好，可以直接饮用的，泡完澡皮肤滑滑的，另外结账时由于刷卡机问题，多刷了一部分费用，但通过携程专属客服的沟通，用最快的速度处理好了，很满意！
