As the other reviews say, this place is clean, comfortable, spacious and modern. Every apartment has a large balcony and it is just steps from the beach. Mogán itself is a delight. One thing that worried me was the noise coming from the nearby beachfront restaurants, but there simply isn’t any. No blaring music at all and by 10.30pm the whole area is as quiet as a church. I loved this place.

Great communication prior to arrival, Paco & family members all very friendly and well organised. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and in a perfect location for the beach and harbour. Many good restaurants around, close to Spar and bus station. Paco arranged our airport transfers, which was really helpful. WiFi a bit intermittent. Toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave and coffee machine all useful touches. Large balcony with table, chairs, airer and sun beds plus a view across to the sea. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent apartment.. have stayed here on numerous occasions. Paco is very nice to deal with and the girls who service the apartment are lovely..always friendly with a smile. The apartment is in an amazing location..right around from the beach and less than 5mins to the marina area. We will continue to come back here.
