camera sotto il manto stradale. un poco umida, ma provvista di deumidificatore. rumorosa, ma comprensibile vista la struttura antica con pavimenti in legno. nel complesso camera molto bella e con tutti i comfort. ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

The location of the hotel was perfect. Although our room on the top floor was extremely hot and cramped. The free standing air-conditioning unit didn't make a difference to the temperature. I appreciate that this is an old building, but this wasn't the luxury stay we were expecting. It wasn't a bad experience, just an average one. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Lovely little boutique hotel in the centre of Bath
We stayed in the secondary property just around the corner in the basement room. It was room light and very comfortable.
The bathroom is down a set of stairs with a low ceiling, which was the only issue however there is a “mind your head sign”
Just be careful if you need to visit the bathroom in the middle of the night.
Breakfast, the following day was great

The hotel itself was beautiful, modern and clean. The staff were also welcoming, friendly and helpful in helping my elderly parents to their room. The location of the hotel was so central that nothing felt far away. The only downside was the noise from the adjacent bar/restaurant and the pub next door which resulted in sleepless nights. Whilst it’s no fault of the hotel - it did spoil what could’ve been a relaxing stay (even with the ear plugs).

Central location helps to overcome the cramped feeling staying in the annexe. The car was parked at the other end of town and drop off was difficult to say the least but it is what it is. I had no reason whatsoever to check out the main building reception, breakfast area perhaps a bar and lounge area too because nothing pointed me there! So generally, it was a room in a loft space built to an "average" measure. I never like shower cubicles where I tend to bang elbows and worry about breaking something when I drop the soap. Breakfast price was horrendous so no inclination to walk in on the hop to check it out for the 2 nights stayed. I felt detached, cramped and in a bed-sit like accommodation. It is what it is.
