We had an outstanding stay at Ekaanta from 13-15 Dec 2025. The hotel location is excellent, not too far from main Haridwar and at the same time, location is secluded and serene. The rooms with the Ganga view were just beautiful , the hotel decor and cleanliness are a class apart. The activities planned by the hotel are excellent right from the yog nidra sessions, the yoga at the ghat or the adventurous walk in the Rajaji National Park by the mighty Ganges, the Ayurvedic doctor consultation and the Ayurvedic massage therapy sessions - all these gave a deep insight into the balance of mental and physical states of self. The evening private Aarti followed by Bhajan Sandhya gave the goosebumps with its divinity. The hotel food, served with warmth, was Satvik and delicious. Special mention to Mr Pradeep Banerjee and his team for the excellent hospitality.

Ekaanta was more than a usual retreat. The staff is very much welcoming ??. It's an soul touching experience when you sit bank of maa Ganga and attend evening Ganga Aarti. Every morning during the sunrise time the whole atmosphere so calm and energetic. ekaanta is place you feel very calm and relaxed. You enjoyed every second of your day.

So glad we stayed at the Ekaanta! The room was clean, the view amazing, the food delicious, and the staff made us feel right at home. They invited us to “play” (celebrate) Holi Festival at the hotel, and sharing the colors and flowers and blessings and dancing and food with staff and other guests felt like a joyous family celebration. The Ekaanta has its own Ghat (steps) into the Ganges, where we also spent calm moments appreciating the water and the view, and bathing safely in the sacred river.

Ekaanta offers a heritage stay experience and is located by the river Ganges with its own private ghat. Premium room with Ganga facing balcony offer an opportunity to soak into the divinity of Ganga Maiya. The evening Aarti on thier private ghat followed by kirtan is divine. Great hospitality by the staff and delicious homely food. Special thanks to Rohan, Sunil, Vikas and Yogesh.

It’s a beautiful quite, peaceful resort by the bank of river Ganga. The food is delicious and freshly cooked. The staff is very cooperative. The Manager is awesome. It is luxurious and home like stay. Very comfortable.
