We had a wonderful stay at El Balcón del Sol. The 3-bedroom apartment was clean and much more spacious than we expected. Having a full kitchen and a large living room equipped with everything we needed made it feel like home. The host was very accommodating, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, and the WiFi was very reliable. After long days of trekking, being able to cook a meal and relax in the hot tub was the ultimate luxury. It was the perfect place to recharge.
From dealing with Maribel in the beginning then with Araceli, the customer service was out of this world, the property was in excellent shape, the area safe to walk and plenty of transportation is availabe around the area
Apartamento muy bien equipado y acogedor para visitar Cusco. Maribel y Aracely son personas muy agradables y siempre estan pendientes por si nesecitas algo. Se los recomiendo para su visita a Cusco.
