Great location, clean hotel. Staff were amazing. Very close to airport and multiple restaurants.

This place had a GREAT breakfast buffet. Both my daughter and I have celiac that most of the time we can’t eat anything. This hotel (first time seeing this done) had a gf area with certified hi bagels. I was so happy. Then the next am the guy remembered me and made me a gf bagel sandwich. Never had that great experience before.

My kids and I absolutely loved this hotel! It was clean and very family friendly. The breakfast was great, only downside was the watered down juice. We had a blast in the pool which has lifts in both the pool and hot tub which are amazing if you have a disabled family member. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Four stars based on the price point. Clean, great staff, hotel is visually appealing, some flaws in functionality and quality though. Blinds broke, no fan in bathroom, had to have TV fixed, breakfast was great one day not great another, furniture uncomfortable. Overall would stay again even with flaws.

The hotel was very nice. Clean, modern and great amenities. The breakfast was not the usual continental spread, they offered hot, cook to order items, very good. My only complaint- my room was facing the street- traffic was very loud. Need better insulation

Better than ****** hotels.
It’s a very good property. It looks either new or remodeled recently. Great breakfast! Room is not very big, but it’s big enough. Close to movie theater and grocery shopping if needed. Good for families because it’s a suite. Only downside is that sometimes the road traffic is noisy at night.

Dicen hacerlo pero solo sacan basura y cambian toallas, a esto lo llaman refresh every other day.
Aspirar o limpieza lo deberá solicitar como tal. Hay mucho personal de limpieza pero solo te limpian el

When we arrived at check in time of 3 PM our room was not ready until 5PM. While we watched other guests being checked in. This was unacceptable! This definitely affected our stay there as we missed our dinner reservation with family that we were visiting there. The room faced a major road and the noise was horrible. We chose this hotel because of the Element experience we have had at other locations were amazing, unfortunately not this time.

房间内床跟热水都很舒服，值得再访。

该酒店是westin的中端酒店。房间很新、也比较大。位置处於reno城一个比较好的区域。床很舒服，有些点评説闹，可能是窗户没有关严吧。一楼公共区比较大。健身房设施和还可以，早餐也不错。
