Heel mooi hotel met een eigen bungalow met uitzicht op het zwembad erg rustig gelegen naast de ranch, goed ontbijt en ‘s avonds lekker buffet. Heel vriendelijk personeel niks is teveel gevraagd. Een aanrader??

A superior experience at the Elephant Reach Hotel. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with mosquito netting provided, even if the room was well-sealed and climate-controlled. The pool area was very nice and, as everywhere in Sri Lanka, the food outstanding. But what stood out and made our experience was the genuine friendliness of the staff who were exceedingly kind, attentive, and responsive to any issues we encountered.

First of all, we would like to say that all the staff at Elephant Reach welcomed us very warmly. They gave us the best they could. They were always in touch with us to ensure that we did not miss anything. The hospitality was of a very high standard. They also provided us with great assistance in our visit to Yala National Park. I must say that all the food and drinks were delicious. I would like to thank all the staff members who worked with us. Thank you for the experience you gave us. Best wishes for a great future.

I came to this hotel and received a great welcome from the reception staff. The location is very good and very close to Yala National Park. We went on a safari and saw many animals. The reception staff are helpful and kind. The room is good, and the swimming pool is very nice. Dinner and breakfast are served as a buffet. The food is good and very tasty. The restaurant is good, but one female staff member behaved very badly. Her service was poor and she spoke very loudly and rudely. This was a bad experience because of her. However, the other restaurant boy and girl were very kind and provided excellent service. Thank you to both of you. I recommend this hotel for staying near Yala.

The Hotel Elephant Reach had excellent service, great food variety, and a great pool. The animals were very friendly too!

Hele mooie omgeving. Het complex is erg mooi aangelegd met een fijn zwembad. De kamers zijn groot en goed. Hier en daar mag het iets opgeknapt worden, maar toch goed. Het eten is heel goed. En het ligt dichtbij het Yala park, waar we gisteren nog een luipaard en olifanten hebben gezien.

Отель понравился. Бунгало просторные, чистые. Хотя отель не новый, но его стараются поддерживать в хорошем состоянии. Отличный, приветливый персонал. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки и ужины. Всем ,кто окажется в этом районе острова , рекомендую выбрать это отель. Сама с удовольствием приеду сюда ещё.

Очень уютный отель. Приветливый персонаж. Вкусная еда. Очень внимательные сотрудники ресторана. Чисто. Мне понравилось. Наверное хорошее отношение людей и вкусная еда значат намного больше, чем современные и новые строения. Полотенца, шампунь, гель для душа, кондиционер , зубная счетка и паста , даже бритвенный станок - были в ванной комнате. Просторные душевые кабины. Каждый домик оформлен по разному. Так как нас была группа , мы делились впечатлениями. Всем понравилось .
