We had booked(I believe) a superior room, arrived, it was on the third floor. No way I could walk up(No elevator) hostess was very accommodating, showed me two available rooms. Picked a small two bed on the first floor(104). We actually had a good time…right next to the small patio and small pool. Breakfast right around the corner. All-in-all a very quiet accommodating location. SuperMarket(think: Whole Foods) half block away. We did a 15 minute walk to the Real Slaverry Mall. No problem…neighborhood was quiet and clean….noticed a lot of Embassies nearby. Uber is available, taxis as well. Two thumbs up. Definitely recommend it for a quiet relaxing trip. If you’re looking for a flashy, noisy all night party….this is not that. Beds were not cushy but were comfortable. I was always asked if I wanted my room serviced. The staff was superior

Great hotel stay and value! My hotel stay was perfect! Upon check-in, I was upgraded to a larger room which was like a suite. Love the hot tub included in the rooms, which I got to use during my stay. The room service was quick (15 minutes) and the staff was was so nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good mix of warm food. I really have no complaints, I would love to stay here again!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant on site was a bonus and the chefs were amazing. My only complaint is that the room we stayed in was very plain and needs a complete renovation. The bed was very uncomfortable and considering the price we paid, we had higher expectations.

Buena opcion El servicio muy bueno, limpio, pero mejoraría la conservación de ba?o, algunos detalles a mejorar en la ventana y espejo.

Everything is good Location is safe just a little far for restaurant

Personnel était très aimable. Toujours soucieux de nos besoins. Cependant la chambre était très petit, mais l’eau chaude ne marchait pas dans la douche. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Le prix était trop élevé pour ce que nous avons eu comme service.

Excelente escolha Ficamos apenas uma noite no El Golf. O Hotel é uma gra?a, com destaque ao excelente atendimento da Carol. Bem localizado, com mercado e farmacia a poucos metros. Pedi uma sopa criolla deliciosa oara aquecer a noite.

The stay was good the only thing is that when we made reservations they mentioned that there was free airport transfer but when we got to the airport and called we were told that that was NOT included. Overall a good place to stay.

Recomendadísimo! Me quedé dos noches diferentes en el hotel y la verdad que muy contenta, la primera vez me quedé al lado de la piscina y la habitación era muy grande con una terraza independiente, muy linda, y la segunda noche me quedé en la tercera planta, la habitación era más peque?a pero muy luminosa y confortable, con ba?o todo muy limpio, lo que sí el hotel no tiene ascensor y este es un dato importante para ciertas personas pero sacando eso el servicio muy bueno, me dolía la panza y me ofrecieron pescado a la plancha. Así que muy contenta con el servicio y si bien no hay ascensor, hay un chico muy simpático que te sube las maletas. ?Muy recomendado?!
