We are certainly sorry to learn that your stay did not match your expectations.Please, be assured that your feedback is invaluable to us, since it helps us improve or services.Regarding the shuttle service, it is unfortunate that there was a confusion relating to that. Please, allow us to clarify again that during high season, our transportations have to be organized at least one day before and, for the last moment ones, the waiting list on the telephone, in order to book one, is a long one, usually taking more than 20 minutes. Had we known that it would have been preferrable for you to use a taxi, even if that meant you would have to wait for 30 minutes approximately, we would have taken care of that. Concerning check-in procedure and the elevator issue, we would like to reassure you that, after double checking with *******, we can confirm that it is clearly stated, in the property amenities and accessibility, as well as in the check-in information, that Elia Estia does not provide a Reception desk and check-in takes place in our Reception of Elia Zampeliou Hotel, and that the property does not have an elevator. On the other hand, we can certainly understand that 3 flights of stairs is not ideal for people with knee injury and we would like to thank you for your positive feedback on the assistance from our colleague. We are also sorry to hear that your room condition was not ideal. Did you call the front desk to see if there was another room available? We would have gladly offered an alternative, if we had been notified for that. Both our 24-hour Receptions are available, to look into and rectify any issue. With reference to your request for a refund, our refund policies are very specific and are always followed accordingly. We really hope the issue was made clear, after your communication with ******* and we are certainly available for further discussion, if you wish so.
