We visited this hotel at the end of summer. The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite and warm. The breakfast was good, although it was sometimes crowded. The location is not that bad, but Van is not a big city. Overall, everything was good, and we enjoyed our trip and stay.

It was my third time in this hotel and now I surely can recommend this Hotel, it is the most amazing, comfortable, luxurious hotel in Van. Good breakfast , good hospitality, good staff, good and fast service, .... Everything just AMAZING.

My daughter and I were pleased to be guests of this fantastic hotel from 18 to 22 August 2023. Super location that makes easy all journeys around Van. Super team that always ready to help you. Super quite room and comfortable bed for great sleeping. Special thanks to Betül Han?m from Guest relations - all our requests were immediately satisfied.
