Elit Otelhan Hotel is a short distance away from the long main avenue running beside the Yesilirrmak ‘green’ river. The front is actually a restaurant but past that is the reception area for the hotel, a small four-storey affair. Beside the reception is the dining area, also a simple affair. The rooms are done in modern style, with clothes cabinets, work desk and night tables done in gray-brown finish with nice door and drawer actions. The light fixtures are also modern in style. The bed is nicely designed, with no rough edges, the headboard is quilted cushion with fancy wallpaper from its edge to the ceiling. It uses wooden floor tiles, and there are two large lounge chairs in the room. There is a hot water kettle and an outlet each for the night stands and the work table. There is a fridge and TV - the TV is quite small though. And there is no art whatsoever on the walls. The T&B is adequate, with a shower enclosure that had rainforest and shower. But the two dispensers both said ‘lotion’. We couldn’t get the wifi to work in the room – even though we had good connectivity in the lobby. When we tried to ask for smaller pillows, no one in the staff could speak English, which was unfortunate. Breakfast was at the restaurant in the lobby. The food spread was quite decent – lots of veggies and cheeses. Hot food was slightly limited to hardboiled eggs, onion rings, chicken nuggets, and French fries. We continue to miss bread warmers, fruit juices, egg stations, and more meats like sausages and bacon. Everything was self-serve. All in all, a very adequate hotel in Amasya.

I stayed at this hotel last night and had such a great experience! The service was excellent and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everything was super clean — both the room and the hotel in general. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city centre. Special thanks to Hakan at the reception — he was so kind and helpful, and spoke English with us which made everything much easier. The price was also great for what we got. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Amasya'yada en iyi otel diyebilirim. Fiyat performans konusunda ?zellikle tercih edilmeli. Konaklama konusunda temizlik ve samimiyet kusursuz. Yemek konusunda ise hijyen ve lezzet muazzam. ?al??anlar?n samimiyeti ve yana??m? aile ortam? gibi. Her ?ey i?in te?ekkürler otelhan ailesi.
