Great place to stay while in Ella area! Quaint space with a cozy atmosphere and good value for the rooms. Noise level was good as it was on a mountain. Quiet. Peaceful and calm. Very refreshing. Great service. Very good breakfast and they even helped with laundry services.

Excellent séjour dans cet établissement où je suis restée plusieurs semaines . Très bel emplacement à quelques minutes de Ella en tuktuk et 20 min à pieds. Grande chambre spacieuse, avec une très bonne literie et la climatisation. Petits déjeuners copieux et variés, avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et Namunukula. Tous les jours c'est un spectacle incroyable. Personnel attentionné, très amical et prêt à rendre service. Merci Sanju et les 2 autres gar?ons de l'équipe. J'ai eu une belle surprise et grande joie de célébrer mon anniversaire avec les propriétaires Amith , Chathurika et leur petite fille ainsi que l'équipe . Un grand merci pour cette soirée qui restera gravée dans ma mémoire . A très bient?t lors de mon prochain séjour au Sri Lanka.

Ella is a beautiful town and it’s hard to have a bad view from any hotel this one didn’t disappoint the views were lovely. We paid quite a lot for Ella so we got one of their upgraded rooms which was great but the positives finish there. The staff were very welcoming initially until they realised we had a few issues, then they became argumentative and unprofessional. The location is far away from Ella town up a very small road that our taxi had problems finding, You do need a car or a tuktuk to get in and out of town this was disappointing as I had plans to walk everywhere whilst we were there. There is almost no internet (not even 1 Mbps) absolutely impossible to do anything other than a sketchy what’s app message. The staff told me this was normal for Ella however the next hotel in Ella that we stayed had 10 mbs !.

Ella Dream Mount hotel is a great stay! Sanju, Chaturika, Eranga and Laksan were the most polite and helpful staff possible, they helped us with Tuk Tuks, catered for our vegan diet, helped with our bags and even helped organise for my sister to visit hospital! The rooms had the most amazing view of Ella, which is definitely worth being a short 2km out of the town. Very reasonably priced for the service and view we received! Would recommend to everyone and thanks to the staff!

We stayed here with our 2.5 year old and it was just what we needed for one night in Ella before catching the morning train. Sanju and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful. We arrived early and they had our room ready. He arranged a wonderful tuk tuk driver/tour guide for the day (check out Sun Tuk Tuk Ella) and made great recommendations on what we could do in a day with a toddler and veg options to eat. Room was clean and basic with a spectacular view. Big, delicious breakfast set us up for success ahead of a long train ride to Kandy.
