The room was quite spacious. However, I had a negative experience when the reception staff mistakenly gave my room key card to another guest with the same room number. Although the staff later called to apologize, I believe this is a serious issue that should be addressed for guest safety.
Additionally, the in-room safe was not functional.
Overall, the stay was good and reasonably priced, especially for a hotel located in Central Pattaya.
