The hotel was well located. The staff were helpful and courteous. We enjoyed staying there. My only criticism is with the trip to Ephesus organised at the hotel. Due to a lack of communication we waited 1.30 hours to be picked up. Nobody told us there is a second exit from the ruins. This could be avoided by the hotel having some written information for we English speaking guests. The driver was lovely but his English was as good as our Turkish, hence the mix up. This was not a major problem for us but an inconvenience. Please get some instructions in various languages and it will nothappen again. Overall we would stay there again.

酒店位置挺难停车，我用的高德地图导航找的，停在了后门。房间床垫太软，长者估计不舒服，早餐还可以，我住的房间很便宜靠近电梯没有电视隔音一般

位置在火车站旁边，坐火车去以弗所很方便。宾馆服务很好，前台很热情，乐于提供帮助。早餐时间略有点紧张，菜单很不错。房间不是很大，但很乾净，整体好评。

Отличное расположение отеля ( недалеко до набережной, так же с двух сторон есть станции метро). Очень доброжелательный персонал. Завтраки тоже понравились. Номер чистый, просторный. Есть возможность заказать еду в номер Если приеду в Измир, то остановлюсь именно в этом отеле. P.S. Заселялась ночью. Персонал сработал быстро и через короткий срок я уже была в номере.

I would recommend Emens but would ask for a few things before booking. Ensure the WiFi is working as it did not our stay unfortunately, ask for a room away from the streets and towards the inner part of the hotel and pack a big appetite for breakfast :) very walkable to everywhere in Izmir city center, unfortunately due to the proximity was extremely loud overnight and myself and my family were unable to sleep even with ear plugs. The A/C and amenities in the room were lovely.

駅やレストランからも近くとっても便利でした！お部屋は清洁に保たれており、シャワーの水圧もよかったです??また、朝食もトルコらしいメニューで种类も豊富にありうれしかったです！スタッフの方も亲切で机会があればまた泊まりたいです??

Lovely hotel with very modern room recently renovated I assume, breakfast excellent and always thoroughly enjoyed … Staff wise special the night reception guy was very helpful My only bit disappointment though was that in those hot days and nights the a/c in the room wasn’t working efficiently was more like a fan rather air conditioning
