First of all, the staff is to be appreciated, which I have rarely met at my age of 50. Very kind, always available for any question or need. That is why I thank all of them - Arlan, Ersan, Mahmut (in alphabetical order) - not only for their professionalism, but especially for their human quality, which in some instances was manifested far beyond that of a simple employee. I almost felt bad for refusing their availability, but I had already organized it before arrival. If you don't have it, I am sure they will help you with all the information you might need. Secondly, it is a new construction (or arrangement) and this is visible in everything: mattresses, furniture, bathroom. Everything looks and works like new, no problems with hot water supply, with personalized air conditioning, absolutely no problems with leaks, bad smell, Wi-Fi, etc. The cleanliness was and remained perfect throughout our stay, when and if we requested it, just by pressing a button before our morning departure. And last but not least, the location is really great. Very close to Sirkeci (T1 line and the eastern end of the old Orient Express/1890), a short stop from Emin?nü (ferries), with lots of restaurants and rooftop terraces nearby. Also lots of mini markets. 15 minutes walk (or via T1) to the most visited tourist center of Istanbul, Sultanahmet Square. I'm glad I cancelled another booking and chose them!

The hospitality of the staff is amazing, especially Aslan. He is a great guy, always ready to help and very kind since Day 1. The hotel is situated in a strategic location and many of the tourist attractions are easily accessible. The metro station is like 6 minutes walk from the hotel and it really helped us to go to different places easily.
